is, essentially, a 2D profile cutting service.
However, as primarily an engineering based company,
we pride ourselves on the quality of the finished
product, the attention to detail, and the overall
accuracy of our work.
All
programs and drawings utilised in the cutting
process are CAD based, which ensures a very high
level of accuracy. Our cutting head equipment
is constantly monitored to make sure that any
deviation in behaviour or the size of jet is recorded
and taken into account.
The
operating staff and programmers are well trained
and very experienced, and their attention to detail
is meticulous. All prepared work goes through
a series of checks and procedures to make sure
the that the final product matches customer specification.
The final product(s) is/are again checked to ensure
the final quality, quantity and overall accuracy
are exactly as they are meant to be.
Jetcut Profile
boasts one of the largest operating table sizes
in Australia - a massive 12m x 3m cutting bed,
with a 2 headed gantry that can travel the full
length. This means that very large scale work
can be undertaken, including the marine and aeronautical
industries.
With
phenomenal cutting power (approx. 60,000psi of
water pressure) there is virtually nothing that
we can't cut!
