schedule at a reasonable price.
Equiped
with 2 intesifiers, each capable of producing
60,000psi of pressurised water, and a flow rate
of between 3 - 5L/minute, there is virtually nothing
Jetcut Profile cannot
cut! We do complex profiling of 2D shapes to customers
specification, with high precision, working with
tolerances of between 0.2 - 0.5mm.
Jetcut
Profile,
has its own custom designed and built XY CNC gantry
and table. The gantry features 2 cutting heads,
for simultaneous, repetetive cutting jobs, and
the table is a massive 12m x 3m long! This means
that complex, very large scale work can be undertaken
with minimum effort, setup and turn around times.
Jetcut Profile
utilises Ultra High Pressure (UHP) Water to cut,
generated by our intensifier units. Water as the
medium to cut means that the whole is a "cold-cutting"
process, that is, no or very little heat is generated
by the cut. As such, we can cut a full spectrum
of materials which simply cannot be cut into such
complex shapes by any other means! We handle all
exotic materials: Titanium, Inconnel, Bisplate,
Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Glass, Granite, Tiles,
Wood, Rubber, Plastics! In fact, there is almost
no material that can't be cut by our machine!
Combined with the power of a water jet (which
can cut through 300mm (30cm) steel) means that
whether it be for enginnering, manufacturing,
architecure or even just for the sake of art,
